This report is used to view the actuals that have been entered into all accounts in Phoenix (except commodity and livestock accounts).
Choose Cleared Funds Only under Options before generating the actuals report and this will include actual figures that have only been presented in reconciled months.
Alternatively, by not choosing this option the report will include all figures regardless of whether or not they’ve been presented.
