Phoenix Live users can optionally allow guest access to their data on Phoenix Live. Guest access can be used to enable your accountant and/or consultants (advisers) to open and view your Phoenix data. The adviser must also have their own Phoenix Live account to use this feature.
Advisers who have guest access to a dataset are still subject to any user management and security applied to that data. So advisers may be given a separate user name and password to open the data.
