To be able to use the Phoenix Warehouse service your Phoenix program has to be Activated.
To backup and restore your data to and from the Phoenix Warehouse, your computer will require Internet access. You do not need to be connected to the Internet when running Phoenix for Data Entry, only when you want to backup or restore your data to the Phoenix Warehouse. Phoenix should prompt you to connect if it cannot communicate with the Phoenix Warehouse.
