When you first begin editing a new Power Budget you will be asked whether your budget is edited inclusive or exclusive of GST. Select from the choices presented.
Change between Inclusive or Exclusive Entry
You may change a budget from being edited inclusive or exclusive to the opposite format. To do this, select Edit GST Ex or Edit GST Inc from the Setup menu.
Viewing GST Inclusive or Exclusive
You may view the budget either inclusive or exclusive of GST. Select from the View menu to switch between views. However, you are only able to enter data, or edit the budget while viewing it in the format that you selected when you set up the budget. Budget data is displayed in blue text when it is not editable. There is a large label at the top of the budget showing what you are currently looking at. If the label includes the word "Edit" then you are both viewing and able to edit the budget in the GST Status shown. If the label includes the word "View" then the budget is currently in View Only mode. A blue label indicates a budget that is edited inclusive of GST while a red label indicated that editing is done exclusive of GST.
