To delete an amount from a selected cell in the spreadsheet:
1.Move the cursor to the cell.
2.Press the full stop or decimal point key.
Alternatively, while editing a cell value, press the Delete key to delete the value.
If the cell value is distributed across several accounts, then you cannot delete the value directly you will need to enter zero for the value in each account.
