Cashflow reports are presented as a cashflow spreadsheet. Just like presentation on the screen, categories are listed down the left hand side of the paper, months are listed across the top, and the array of data represents the budget income or expenditure over the period.
Cashflow reports will reflect the data on the screen when the report is called. If the screen cashflow is sorted by group, then the printed report will be sorted by group etc.
If your press the Print button on the Toolbar, Phoenix Budgets will print the current view on screen.
Alternatively, you can select the Reports menu option, and select Spreadsheet. You can then obtain a different view of your budget:
•Monthly Condensed (exclude cents): a monthly view with whole dollars only for the period selected in Report Period.
•Monthly Full (include cents): a monthly view including cents for the period selected in Report Period.
•Quarterly: a consolidated view with quarterly totals for each category for the period selected in Report Period.
•Yearly: a consolidated view with annual totals for each category for the period selected in Report Period.
The Annual Totals option under the Reports menu is only available if the current budget report period exceeds 12 months. In this case, if Annual Totals is active, then the period of the report will be printed with one year to a page, and a separate subtotal for each page.
There is a Report Period option under the Reports menu to specify the report period which may be the full duration of the budget, or it may be any lesser period as desired.
Phoenix will print the reports oriented in either landscape or portrait mode according to the current Windows defaults.
