If a totals sheet is active, then individual sheets can either contribute to the totals sheet, or be used for on screen comparison or reference.
•Select an individual sheet.
•Right click on the tabs at the bottom of the sheets.
•From the menu, select or deselect "Link to Totals"
A blue dot on the tab for a particular sheet indicates that the sheet is linked to totals. To make it clear, the text on the totals sheet is displayed in blue.
