Phoenix - User Help

This section relates to legacy Aged Trading accounts that were used in Version 5 of Phoenix and earlier. See Legacy Aged Trading Accounts

When entering customer invoices, Phoenix prompts the user to print the invoice as it is saved. This print is optional. You may decide to keep the invoice "open" and unprinted so that other items can be added later.

Phoenix provides a feature to print invoices not previously printed in a single batch.

From the Customers screen, select the Customer account for which you want to print all unprinted invoices, then click on the Print menu. Select Unprinted Customers, then either click Preview or Print.
