Giving Others Access to Your Payroll

A Phoenix Payroll Business is tied to not only the Set of Books but also the Subscription Owner who created the Payroll Business.

This means that you have to be using a Phoenix Financial program activated in the same name as that which created the Payroll Business.

There will be times when you would like your accountant, bookkeeper or someone else to access your Phoenix Payroll without them having a copy of Phoenix activated with your credentials.  They can easily do this by simply going to https://phoenix.yourpayroll.com.au/ and logging in.

For someone to be able to access Phoenix Payroll they must first be set up as a user within your Phoenix Payroll business.  See https://support.yourpayroll.com.au/hc/en-au/articles/360000689196-Manage-Users for instructions on how to do this.
