Phoenix stores its data in a series of data folders (sets of books) within a work folder. For most clients, the default work folder, C:\PXDATA, is the work folder in use. Within this folder there will be a folder for each set of books. If you are choosing to backup each set of books separately, then select the individual data folder required. Alternatively, you may choose to backup the whole work folder, thereby backing up all data folders (sets of books) in one step.
