Editing
If you need to edit an activity, locate the activity and double click on it to display the details. Make any changes required. If you change area and/or product rate you will need to adjust the inventory to reflect the change in quantity.
Partial Editing
If the activity was performed on multiple locations and you only need to edit the activity from SOME of the locations then:
•Set the treeview to Locations view (at the top of the treeview).
•Double click on the activity.
•Every location in which the activity is recorded will be ticked. Untick the locations you DO NOT want to change.
•Make the changes required and click Save.
•If products have been used through the inventory system, you will need to reallocate quantities for the locations where the original activity remains and for the newly edited activity.
When you perform a partial edit two activities are created. The original activity in the locations that were not edited will become a separate activity. The edited activity will be created as a new activity for the ticked locations.
NB: Any Quantity, Machinery and Labour details fields may have been affected. Double check these fields to confirm the activity details are correct.
Deleting
To delete an activity, highlight the activity and press the Delete key on your keyboard.
Partial Deleting
If the activity was performed on multiple locations and you only need to delete the activity from SOME of the locations then:
•Have the treeview in the Locations view.
•Double click on the activity.
•Every location that the activity is recorded in will be ticked. Untick the locations where you want to keep the activity.
•Click
on the toolbar to delete the activity from the ticked locations.
•If products have been used through the inventory system, you will need to re-allocate quantities for the locations where the activity remains. Clicking 
for each product in the affected activities and re-allocate the quantities.
NB: Any quantity, machinery and labour details fields may have been affected. Double check these fields to confirm the activity details are correct.
