Tutorial Videos
There are a range of online tutorial videos available to guide you through different aspects of the Phoenix Suite. These can be accessed through the Help menu and choosing Video Tutorials.

AGDATA technical support may be contacted by telephone between the hours of 8:45am and 5:00pm EST Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays.
To make sure you get an answer as quickly and promptly as possible, please be at your computer ready with Phoenix already on the screen when you call. Make sure the phone is beside your computer so that you can talk to the support technician and operate your computer at the same time.
Have your program version number and Phoenix Customer ID available so that you can give them when asked.

Technical support is available by e-mail. Send your message any time (24 hours). Support staff will answer your query by e-mail during normal business hours. Please provide as much information about the problem as possible. Include return e-mail address, your Phoenix Customer ID, as well as the best contact telephone number and basic specification of your computer. Please include samples of reports if these will help show the problem.

Training Courses & Webinars
Phoenix training courses are regularly held in most states of Australia. The schedule of Phoenix training courses being conducted by AGDATA are posted on our website www.agdata.com.au along with details of any upcoming webinars. You can also call AGDATA for details or register your interest in training on the website.
Newsletters
Newsletters are regularly sent out via email when a current email address has been provided. These newsletters include information on updates and upgrades, new features, how to use various functions in Phoenix and items from independent contributors which we think may be of interest to our client base.

AGDATA cannot give accounting advice. Similarly, if your question is a general computer question, that is best answered by your computer supplier.
