To create Properties:
•Click Setup from the Pulldown menu and select Properties.
•Click 
to start a new record.
•Enter the details that are relevant for your situation. As this setup window applies to all Phoenix Production modules, tick the module/s in which you wish to have this property available.
•Only enter a closed date when the property is no longer of any relevance.
•When finished, click Save.
NB: PIC stands for Property Identification Code. Every property that runs livestock must obtain a PIC from their relevant state authority.
NB: The Pasture Growth period are two arbitrary dates that define when pasture is actively growing on a property. This is then available as an option to display on the grazing chart.
