To successfully install and use Phoenix you will need:

•Windows 8.1 or later (RT not supported)

•2GB (32-bit) or 4GB (64-bit) minimum

•Screen resolution
o1024 x 768 pixels minimum
o1366 x 768 pixels or higher recommended
•Colour quality
o16bit (Medium) minimum
o32bit (Highest) recommended
3D Mapping Requirements (3D is optional for mapping users)
•Graphics adapter that supports DirectX 9.0c
•DirectX 9.0c installed
Internet Connection
•Broadband internet connection required (fees may apply as set by your internet service provider).
NOTE: Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows RT are not supported. Internet Explorer 8 or earlier is not supported.
In addition to the above, the following may be useful.
•To import lists of individually identified animals you will need an NLIS approved tag reader and software supplied with the reader. This may be integrated to a smart liveweight scale indicator with memory.
•To integrate with the NLIS database you will need an active producer account with the national database administered by Meat and Livestock Australia and a reliable Internet connection.
