Budget File Procedures

Once you have selected the budget icon from the Phoenix Tool Bar, you will be presented with the Budget program.  At this point you have the following options available to you.

Set up a new budget for the accounting period selected.

Load an existing budget file.

Load your actual financial records for perusal and “what if” analysis.

Load a projected budget that combines budget and actual figures.

To Load Actual Transactions

To Load a Projected Cash Flow

To Save a Spreadsheet

To Close a Budget

To Delete a Spreadsheet File

To Merge Files

Downgrade a Power Budget file to Budget Planner

Upgrade a Budget Planner file to Power Budgets
