When setting up Phoenix Payroll there are three different scenarios:
•Create a New Payroll Business: When you do not have either a Phoenix Payroll Business or an Employment Hero Payroll Business
•Migrate an Employment Hero Business into Phoenix: When you have an existing Employment Hero Payroll Business and you wish to migrate it across to Phoenix Payroll
•Move A Phoenix Payroll Business: When you have a Phoenix Payroll Business which is assigned to another Set of Books and you wish to reassign it to a different Set of Books which has the same ABN.
