To setup your enterprises:
1.Either click Setup on the menu bar and then choose Enterprises, or, click the 
Toolbar button and select Enterprises.
2.Setup an enterprise for each different crop that you grow, and for each livestock management group.
a.Allocate an appropriate enterprise type to each enterprise by first clicking the Enterprise on the left and then select from the Type drop-down list.
b.Set the season start date for each.
c.Optionally enter enterprise data for the current and past seasons for each by clicking on the 
. See Enterprise Data for detail.
2.Setup any Unallocated enterprises that you may need.
3.Setup any Resource enterprises required.
4.Setup any Overhead or non farm enterprises required.
You may remove a Farm Management Enterprise Type from an enterprise either by:
1.selecting none in the Enterprise Type field.
OR
2.deleting the enterprise.
The Farm Management Enterprise Type can only be removed if the enterprise does not have any associated physical accounts. If the enterprise does have physical accounts then you must first unallocate the Physical Accounts.
Any physical data entered for the enterprise is deleted when the Farm Management Enterprise Type is removed.
