Phoenix Financial Pro is Phoenix with special extensions for farm management purposes.
The Phoenix Enterprise Reporting system provides reports showing indicators of both the financial and technical performance of a number of farming operations. Using cash-book information and physical parameters of production, the Phoenix Financial Pro gives an insight into the detail of these farming operations.
The different activities on a farm are called Enterprises while the profit generated by these activities is known as a gross margin. As with all recognised farm management analysis tools, the gross margin is the basis of Phoenix Enterprise Reports.
The diagram above illustrates the major aspects of the Enterprise Reporting system. Data entered in the cash-book and in the livestock and commodity accounts allow normal financial reports to be produced. When additional physical farming operation data is added, specific enterprise and farm reports can also be produced.
The reports for each farming enterprise are:
•Enterprise Summary
•Cost/Income Analysis
•Trading Reports
