Phoenix 9 - User Help

To make a report the full width of the Phoenix window:

Click the right arrow button on the window splitter bar to push the splitter bar to the right-hand edge of the Phoenix window;

Click the Zoom Page Width button to make the report page the full width of the window.

Right-click in the drop-down window to select all or none

When selecting Accounts, Periods, Enterprises, Categories and so on, you can turn all selections on or off:

Using the mouse, right-click in the drop-down window to display the local menu;

Click “Select All” to turn all selections on, or “Unselect All” to turn all selections off.

Type characters to search for an item in the window

When setting the selections for a report, (Account, Period, Enterprise, Category, etc.) you can search for an item in the drop-down window by just starting to type the search characters. In the category selection example below, typing “seed” has found “Seed Costs”.

If you find the printing on a report a little too small, click the Zoom In  button to make it larger.  You can also press the + Key on the keypad to zoom in.

You can click the Zoom Out  button to go back the other way.  You can also press the – key on the keypad to zoom out.

There are also 3 pre-set report displays:

Zoom Page Width (Ctrl + W)

 Zoom 100% (Ctrl + 1)

Zoom Full Page (Ctrl + F)
