There is a difference between the entered value and the calculated GST value of an entry in that cell. This may occur when loading actuals and the sub-category used in the transaction was Rate 0 (hence no GST) but the sub-category used in determining the GST rate in Budgets is Rate 1 (Calculate GST at 10%). Or one of the Accounts is not tracking GST and therefore is against the general rule for that row. This is not necessarily an error rather it is a notification that there is a difference to what was loaded/entered and what is expected based on row set-up.

Blue Text_v8

Blue values mean there are GST calculated values in the cell but no other entered value. This occurs in a Load Actuals scenario and is not considered an error state. Note that the value is not used in Total Inflow or Total Outflow instead it is viewable in the GST section at the bottom of the sheet.

Blue zero means that there are Multiple Entries that Contra each other but there is an imbalance in the GST calculations: This is primarily due to one account not tracking GST or to the entry in the dissections of Phoenix Financials. It is not an error but an indicator to what is happening in the cell.
