The Phoenix Financial Pro system maintains a set of physical accounts associated with farm management enterprises. Existing livestock and commodity physical accounts may be associated with a farm management enterprise.
Physical accounts maintain an inventory of livestock and commodities (grains, hay, wool, etc.) on hand and any movements that affect this. Such movements include sales, purchases, production or births, wastage or deaths and transfers between accounts.
In addition to maintaining an inventory of livestock and commodities on hand, physical accounts maintain the current valuation of livestock and commodities.
