Machinery is any mechanical item used in your production recording. This ranges from tractors through to implements. It also includes stationary engines and pumps.
To create Machinery:
•Click Setup from the drop-down menu and select Machinery.
•
Click the Add button to start a new record.
•Enter in the details that are relevant for that machinery item. It is a good idea to enter part numbers such as filters etc and quantity and types of fluids required when servicing, in the Notes section as this will carry through to job sheets that are covered later in the manual.
•Only enter a sale date when the machinery item is no longer of any relevance.
•When finished, click Save.
