The toolbar is designed to give the user quick and easy access to the most commonly used commands. The following is a brief outline of the functions of each button on the Toolbar and Office Screens.
 | Any activity performed on a location is accessed through this button. |
 | Storage encompasses the Inventory system, Produce Storage, Produce Delivery and Water Storage. |
Access the Machinery Maintenance Log for each machinery item.
 | The setup for all consumables used in a farming system. |
 | Access the card file which is common throughout the Phoenix suite. |
 | Various reports are available here. |
 | Access the Phoenix Cropping help system. |
 | Exit out of the Cropping module. |
