| TAB | Moves the focus to the next field |
| Shift + TAB | Moves the focus back to the previous field |
| Space bar | Drops down the list in combo fields. Use the arrow keys to navigate up and down and press ENTER to select the highlighted item. You can also start typing the item and the list will auto filter to the item you are searching for. Space bar will also tick / untick fields when in focus. |
| Alt + F | Opens the File drop-down menu. The options in the File menu will also have an underlined letter. Type the letter to choose that option. |
| Alt + S | Opens the Setup drop-down menu. The options in the File menu will also have an underlined letter. Type the letter to choose that option. |
| Alt + T | Opens the Tasks drop-down menu. The options in the File menu will also have an underlined letter. Type the letter to choose that option. |
| Alt + H | Opens the Help drop-down menu. The options in the File menu will also have an underlined letter. Type the letter to choose that option. |
| Delete | Deletes the selected activity in the Activity History window. Also deletes the selected row in the Products grid and Weather grid of an activity. |
| Right Mouse Click | Gives various menu options when performed over the top of the various Treeviews, To Do Windows, Inventory and Report selections. |
| Alt + Mouse Click | Performed in the Treeviews, allows you to select various combinations of locations and/or seasons to view their combined history in the Activity History window. |
| Shift + Mouse Click | Performed in the Treeviews, it will select all items between the first click and the last click (range selection). |
| Sort by Column | Click on the column header to sort by that column in ascending or descending order. Click again to reverse the sort order. |
| Arrange Columns | Drag and drop the column into another position by clicking the on the column header and with the mouse button still held down, drag the column to its desired position. |
| Red Highlight | Occurs in the Treeviews. Identifies which item or group of item's details you are currently viewing. |
| Green Tractors | Green tractors will appear in the Treeviews when an activity is highlighted in blue in the Activity History window. While you may be only viewing one location, green tractors may appear against other locations as well. The identifies that this same activity also occurred on these other locations as well. |
| Change a Season | Double click on the Open season entry. Select a different season from the Crop Type drop-down list. This is the only available up to the recording of a Planting activity. Refer to the user manual for partial editing/deleting options. |
