AGDATA ensures that qualified, tertiary trained specialists are included among the support staff available to solve any support questions you may have. Our support staff also have access to our development team to ensure that all questions can be resolved.

As part of your subscription, technical support is included and can be accessed in the following ways:

 

Tutorial Videos

There are a range of online tutorial videos available to guide you through different aspects of the Phoenix Suite. These can be accessed through the Help menu and choosing Video Tutorials.

Technical support is available by e-mail. Send your message any time (24 hours). Support staff will answer your query by e-mail or phone during normal business hours. Please provide as much information about the problem as possible including the best contact telephone number and your availability. Please include details of any error messages, screenshots or reports that may help resolve your issue.

Technical support is available by SMS. Send your message any time (24 hours). Support staff will answer your query by e-mail, phone during normal business hours or by replying to your SMS. Please provide your company name,  your availability, and the details of any error messages.

You can visit the AGDATA website where there is a dedicated Support page. To access the support page, mouse over the Resources heading, then click on Support. Here you can access our text message support service, as well as our ticketed support system.

Newsletters

Newsletters are regularly sent out via email when a current email address has been provided.  These newsletters include information on updates, new features, how to use various functions in Phoenix and items from independent contributors which we think may be of interest to our client base.

 

Are You Asking the Right People?

Please remember that AGDATA technical support is for the Phoenix program. Please ensure that your question is not an accounting question that is best answered by your accountant or financial advisor.

AGDATA cannot give accounting advice. Similarly, if your question is a general computer question, that is best answered by your computer supplier.
