The Phoenix Warehouse is a secure off-site data storage facility to enable you backup and distribute your data from within the Phoenix program.
Essentially, the Phoenix Warehouse is a bank for Phoenix Data. If you subscribe to this service you will be provided with your own security deposit box within that bank over which only you will have complete control. You will be able to backup to, and restore from your security deposit box as often as you like without the risk of losing your data as might happen if backing up to disk or other devices.
From within your Phoenix program you will be able to backup & restore your data to or from the Phoenix Warehouse with the click of a button. Your file/s will be sent to or from the Phoenix Warehouse using your Internet connection.

There is no need for concerns over the security of this service as extensive measures have been taken to ensure maximum security. These include 128 bit encrypted access keys, 192 bit encrypted backup files & only allowing Phoenix to encrypt and decrypt those files backed up to the Phoenix Warehouse.
You are able to backup & restore to the Warehouse any number of data sets & can even assign access rights to a third party such as your accountant or book-keeper.

One of the major benefits of the Phoenix Warehouse is the ability for you to assign access to your data to a third party. This will prove particularly beneficial if you have a Site Licence, or you need an easy way to transfer your data to your accountant or book-keeper.
This facility allows you to decide to whom you will grant access rights. You are also able to restrict the entitlements of the person who you are assigning access rights. You are able to limit them to having the ability to restore your data only, or the ability to both backup and restore your data. You can even limit their access to a specific backup if required.
By providing your accountant or book-keeper access to your safety deposit box in the Phoenix Warehouse, you no longer need to worry about e-mailing or posting backups. They can simply access the data when they require it.
