You have the option to secure your data with password protection and data encryption. To setup security, choose User Management & Security from the Data menu in the Suite Screen.
Each person who requires access to a Phoenix Set of Books may be given their own username and password. Each Phoenix Set of Books has its own set of usernames and passwords.
Each user is assigned a Role. The Role sets the user’s permissions (what the user is allowed to do) in the given set of Phoenix data.
There are 2 steps required to set up security on a Set of Books:
