There are four storage types: Inventory, Produce Inventory, Produce Delivery and Water.
Inventory is for your consumables such as chemicals, feeds, etc. If you purchase feeds (grain, hay, etc) then setup these storages in Inventory to track purchases.
Produce Inventory is to record and track any commodity that is produced and stored on-farm.
Produce Delivery is the ultimate destination for your produce, namely buyers and their respective purchase agreements/contracts etc.
Water Inventory is to track any location from which you draw water; Dams, bores, rivers, etc.
To create Storages:
•Click Setup from the pulldown menu and select Storages.
•Select the tab that best identifies the storage you are setting up.
• Click the Add button to start a new record.
•Enter the relevant details and click Save.
