Phoenix is designed to have as short a learning curve as possible. There are special aids that help you find your way around the program. They are all available from the Tools menu:
Show Hints. This feature, which is on by default, gives information labels to items such as Toolbar buttons. Just place your cursor arrow over the item and the Hint will appear.
Assistant. When activated from the Tools menu, from its own button on the Toolbar or by pressing Ctrl and F1 together, the Assistant offers advice depending on where your cursor is positioned. The Assistant is a great way to get practical program pointers.
Options. The Phoenix Suite Screen is where you can configure settings that apply to all modules of Phoenix:
