To download waypoints, routes and tracks from a legacy Garmin unit:
•Plug in the cable from your GPS to your computer
•Switch the GPS on
•In Phoenix Mapping, select GPS from the drop-down menu at the top of the screen and select Legacy Garmin GPS > Download From GPS
•The download window will then appear. The download window has three tabs - Waypoints, Routes and Tracks. This information can then be plotted onto any layer in the project
