There is an option to produce blank worksheets for the different types of activities. The worksheets are templates designed for recording activities as they happen in the field. By completing the fields on the worksheet you can be confident you have captured all the information needed.
To print blank worksheets:
•Click 
and select the activity you want blank worksheets for. If you selected a Test or Monitoring, select which one from the drop-down list and click OK.
•Next will be a print preview. Click 
to print the worksheet.
•In the Print window you have the option to print multiple copies. Enter the number required and click Ok.
