You have the option to exclude particular transactions from appearing on the Bank Feeds screen. This would be applicable to particular transactions with your bank that you have no intention of entering into Phoenix. Rather than having them appear and having to ignore them, you can designate them as Excluded Transactions and they will not be displayed.
Excluding Transactions
To exclude a bank transaction, place a tick in the batch actions column. You can choose a single or multiple transactions.
From the Batch Actions button, choose "Excluded Selected Bank Transactions"
If the transaction you are excluding has a possible matching transaction in Phoenix, then you will be prompted if you wish to Exclude or Don't Exclude.
You will then receive confirmation that the transaction has been excluded.
Restoring an Excluded Transaction
From the footer bar in the Bank Feeds screen, choose 
. This will display the Excluded Bank Transactions window.
From this screen you can choose to re-include a transaction by pressing the 
link. Pressing the 
button will permanently delete the bank transaction from Phoenix.
Choosing "Delete All" will permanently delete all transactions.
