File Library brings with it some added functionality for creating transactions. Some of these features are accessed from the File Library overview directly, whilst others appear in the transactions interface within the Financials module. Transactions can be entered directly from the File Library overview, whilst also attaching the corresponding document. Transactions can certainly still be entered also from the financials suite. Files in the File Library that have been attached to transactions can be selected to navigate directly to the transaction that they are attached to. From within Financials, files from the File Library can be attached to or removed from existing transactions. Files attached to transactions can be previewed and have optional comments added to them, directly from the Financial module without needing to back out to the suite screen to open up the File Library overview.
